To stay at a hotel

For security reasons, we reserve the right to deny check-in of booked guests, and the right to cancel a stay in the following cases:

When all or part of the stay has not been or cannot be paid on time.
When valid identification cannot be produced at check-in.
When the physical or mental condition of the guest may cause harm or distress to him/herselt, other hotel guests or staff.
When the guest´s behavior may cause uncertnainty and anxiety among other guests.
When the guest´s clothing could cause anxiety or otherwise endanger the safety of the guest him/herselt or other guests.
